Watering the Tree that Feeds You
		The most important benefit of membership is the continuation of the Center itself. PBC provides a community for the cultivation of spiritual growth, mutual support and generosity. Membership helps support the mission of the Center, the growth of the Buddha Dharma, and the work of Khenchen Palden Sherab and Khenpo Tsewang Dongyal Rinpoche, our two lamas and teachers. Your support is therefore not only of great merit, but also helps perpetuate a home for your own dharma practice.

Your support also helps fulfill the Khenpos’ vision for Tennessee, including the building of Padma Gochen Ling, our retreat center outside Monterey, TN, which is well under way to becoming a major retreat and practice complex for the Southeast. Additionally, PBC-TN offers weekly practices, special events and regular visits by the Khenpos.

Membership Benefits

Membership in PBC-Tennessee automatically gives you membership in PBC International. Members also receive:

• Substantial discounts to all PBC retreats and teachings throughout the world
• Pema Mandala, our national newsmagazine
• Important news and updates
• A special e-group for Members only. When there are limited opportunities -- for instance, special interview times with the Khenpos or appointments with Dr. Tashi -- members be notified first tol have the first chance to get their name on the list. This is probably the most compelling benefit of all.

Membership is an essential component to the functioning of PBC centers and, in turn, to PBC International. Your support locally helps support the Khenpos’ efforts internationally. With a strong membership base, we are able to send donations for the Khenpos' projects whenever needed. At this time, the Tennessee Jewel Campaign is a primary focus of our efforts.

Single Membership: $25/month, 300/year Family Membership: $40/month, $480/year Sustaining Member: $50/month, $600/year Mala Club: $108/month, $1296/year Student: $15/month, $180/year Senior: (Age 65+) $15/month, $180/year

Dues can now be paid as a single payment or in monthly and quarterly installments. We now accept credit card and bank draft payments through PayPal, a well-respected payment vehicle owned by eBay.

As a not-for-profit, membership-based organization, we depend on volunteers to carry forward the projects of the center, small and large. We welcome your participation in our many activities.
